Hello! I'm Caroline Stewart, a soulful space holder, guide of Meditation and Breathwork, and visionary life and business coach. With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I have dedicated my life to empowering heart-centered individuals to live with purpose and confidence. My journey has been one of continuous learning, personal growth, and a deep commitment to sharing the transformative power of meditation.
As a certified Meditation instructor, I believe that Meditation is a gift that can profoundly change lives. My approach is rooted in authenticity, mindfulness, and a holistic understanding of well-being. I draw from a variety of traditions and techniques, allowing me to create a unique and inclusive meditation experience for my students.
My Journey
I began my journey in the health and wellness field with a strong academic background, earning a BScN and various certifications in Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork. Over the years, I have built multiple successful businesses in the wellness industry, each one reinforcing my passion for helping others find their path to inner peace and fulfillment. I have navigated the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship, gaining invaluable insights that I now share with my clients and students.
Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is centred around the belief that each person holds the key to their own truth and liberation. In my classes, I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where students can explore their inner world and develop a mindful practice that aligns with their unique needs. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to help you deepen your practice, discover your authentic self, and share the benefits of Meditation with others.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the Prerequisites?
Breathwork has no prerequisites. Only a willingness and intention to explore the reaches of our own limitless potential is required. As we are moving through the program together, please ensure that you are able to commit to the necessary work and course study.
How much time should I commit to study each week?
The average amount of commitment time is about 5-10 hours per week if you desire to complete in about 6 months. As this is a self-paced program you can choose your own schedule and time dedicated on a weekly/monthly basis.
What is required for certification?
In order to receive your certification, you will be required to complete all learning material in your Teachable curriculum, pass all weekly quizzes with a minimum grade of 70% and successfully complete and submit your Practicum work.
What is involved in the practicum?
In order to receive your certification, you will be required to complete a 30-Day Breathwork Log, and create 2, 30-45 minute Breathwork sessions.
How long will the course take?
The Program is designed to complete over 6 months of dedicated study. As this is self-paced you have the option to move through faster or slower, depending on the level of commitment you choose and how much time you have to dedicate to study. You have a total of 2 years to access the course material and complete the required work for Certification.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts as soon as you register and is available for access for 2 full calendar years.
Can I download the course?
There are components that you have the option to download, such as worksheets, course manual, videos and audio. Really, the only things you can’t are the quizzes. But who wants to keep those anyways?!
How long do I have access to the course?
You have 2 calendar years to access the course and complete the requirements for Certification. An extension is available if needed at an additional yearly cost.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund. Past this point, no refund is provided.
