Welcome to this journey of deepening exploration of the Breath. The Breath is a sacred gift of life. An access point to vital energy, health and wellbeing.

As you read this words, take a deep breath. Right down into your belly. Notice how your breath feels in this moment, and notice what emotions are present for you. Now, start to breath slowly and deeply in through your nose, filling your belly. Release with a sigh.

And so it begins. You are practicing Breathwork. Beginning first with Breath Awareness, and then choosing to consciously engage the breath with Breath Practice.

This path you are walking is a very personal one. Tending to your own intimate relationship with the Breath.

Level 1 Breathwork Foundations to Level 2 Breathwork Facilitator Path

This Foundational Breathwork course is designed to help you begin your deepening experience. To bring you in close contact with your own experience of the Breath and to solidify your commitment of building a solid relationship with the Breath.

In the Level 1 Breathwork Foundations (100hrs) course, you will learn a variety of basic Breathwork techniques that will support your ongoing practice.

If you feel called to continue your journey in Breathwork and to share with others, you can choose to enrol in the Level 2 Breathwork Facilitator Path (300hrs) course. Both the Level 1 and Level 2 Breathwork courses, along with a practicum are required in order to receive certification as a 300hr Breathwork Facilitator.

Online Learning is Primarily Self-Led

Learning online and in a self-paced way is very different than learning via an in-person workshop or course. The responsibility for creating time and space for learning + practice is entirely up to you.

The Level 1 Breathwork Foundations (100hrs) course is set up for you to move through the material in your own time. Offer yourself patience as you progress through the course material. Some exercises may be more challenging than others, and there will be necessary time for reflection as you move through the content.

As this is a Foundational course, you are not required to complete any of the quizzes provided. However, if you choose to progress on to the Level 2 Breathwork Facilitator Path (200hrs) you will be asked to go complete all of the quizzes in the Level 1 and Level 2 courses as well as a practicum in order to receive your full certification. A passing grade of 70% is required on all quizzes.

Course Access Length

From the first day that you register, you have 2 calendar years to complete the program. Typically, you can easily move through the course in 2-3 of dedicated part-time learning.
